We are a recruitment company and we get paid by our clients (never our candidates!) when we successfully place a candidate with them – when that candidate starts working for them, we then get our fee paid.

Like everyone else we like money, we have offices, staff, advertising and families to pay for and like everyone else we know life is getting more expensive! If we could place every single person that applies to us, we would make MORE money which would of course be great.

Sadly, though, our client schools expect us to only present candidates to them that meet THEIR criteria, and the strict criteria of their Ministry of Education. What this means is that we cannot present every candidate that applies to join our database.

Again as much as we would love to do that, we know that is just not possible as not every candidate that contacts us meets these strict requirements.

We would LOVE to be able to place people with families (we would make more money)

We would LOVE to be able to place people with diplomas (we would make more money)

We would LOVE to be able to place people whose experience doesn’t match their qualification (we would make more money)

Can you see the recurring theme here?

So please understand when we can’t help you or you don’t understand why you didn’t get shortlisted, it’s not because we don’t WANT to place you, it’s because we HAVE to work to our client’s strict guidelines.

We don’t create these guidelines, but we have to work according to them – it is as frustrating for us as it is for you.

We make sure to list all the requirements needed with each vacancy we post, so please read this carefully – alternatively, please check our website for more information.
